This is how we work:
1. Find a design you like and click on "Choose this design and see available products". Check the invitation size(s) and click on "place order" at the bottom of the page. This page also shows the pricing and size of each invitation and accessory.
2. Once you submit an order, we will confirm it. Please check back a couple of hours (during daytime and weekday hours) in case we have any questions.
3. Within 24 hours, we will print a proof with your text and email it for your approval.
4. Once you respond with your approval, we print your personalized invitations within one business day (quantities over 100 may take a day longer).
5. We add an estimate of the shipping charges to the order form when we receive your order. Then, when it is shipped, we add the actual charges for the shipment.

Q: Will I see a proof before printing my order?
A: Yes, definately! Within 24 hours of receiving your order (usually less, however), we will print a color proof and email it to you for your approval. If its necessary, we will also do a second proof if major changes are made. We want to make sure that you're absolutely happy with your order before we print it.

Q: Why doesn't your website provide an online proof?
A: Online proofs are quick and convenient, but they lack quality. A good invitation layout will include varying text sizes and perhaps different colors of text. Online proofs are not able to provide these features. Our proofs are "what you see is what you get" (WYSIWYG). They are a perfect reflection of how your cards are setup to be printed.

Q: Do you offer a catalog?
A: No, our website serves as our catalog. We add designs quarterly which makes it cost-prohibitive to keep an up-to-date catalog. We can however, send to you 2 to 3 samples for a closer look. Simply, email us with the invitation code and your mailing address. We will send your samples by U.S. Mail within a couple of days.

Q: What is the weight of the invitation card?
A: Every design on this website is printed on a nice white heavyweight card stock. No flimsy paper here.

Q: How does the "Before Baby Comes" Program work?
A: Our BBC (Before Baby Comes) program makes it even easier to plan ahead to order your baby's birth announcements. When you place an order before the birth of your child and ask for the BBC special, you receive these benefits:

1. Receive your envelopes in advance, so you can get a head start on addressing them (a 50% deposit and shipping will apply).
2. Free return address on envelopes when you order 75 or more baby announcements (a 25 cent per envelope value).
3. After the baby is born, simply call or email us with the baby's name, birth date and weight and we will start printing your birth announcements immediately.

Q: How long does it take to get my invitations printed?
A: From the time you approve an order to be printed, most every order is printed within one business day. Orders with quantities of 100 or more may take a day longer.

Q: Do you offer matching accessories?
A: Yes, every design on this website is available in matching thank you notes, response cards, enclosure cards, place cards, large, small and extra small stickers. The large stickers makes great name tags. The small size is a perfect return address label. Envelope seals are best on the extra small size.

Q: I need help with the wording of my invitation. Can you help?
A: Absolutely! This is one of our specialties. Simply email us with the specifics of your party and the style you are looking for. We will email you some wording options for your invitation.

Q: Do you have colored envelopes?
A: We offer white and ecru envelopes only. They work best for addressing and the post office has less trouble with light colors.

Q: Can you print the return address on my the envelope?
A: Yes, the return address is printed on the back flap for 25 cents each. Just respond in the message area that you would like this option and how you want the address to read (address only on two lines or with your name and address on three lines). We will use the same font style and color used on your party invitations or birth announcements.

Q: Can you address the envelopes with my guests names?
A: Yes. Please email us a Word file with your guests names with no special formatting. We will then insert the names into our invitation software and will print each guests name on the envelope. The cost runs 75 cents for each envelope including the return address printed on the back flap.

Q: Does the 6 x 9, the largest size, require extra postage?
A: No, the 6 x 9 size is within postal regualtions and only requires a first class stamp. However, if you stuff several items into the envelope, the additional weight may require extra postage.

Q: What happens if I receive the order and there is an error?
A: If you have approved a proof and we have deviated from that proof in the printing process, we will replace the order at no cost to you. If you overlooked the error on the proof and approved it, we will work with you on the pricing to reprint the order as inexpensively as possible.

Q: Is my credit card transaction secure?
A: Absolutely. We utilize SSL technology to safely receive your credit card information.

Q: Will you share my email address to other companies?
A: No, your communications with us are always private and no email addresses will be shared with any other businesses.

Q: Can you print the text in another language?
A: Yes, we can, but we will be unable to make any spelling or grammatical corrections. In addition, not all type styles will support characters necessary for other languages. We will inform you of any problems at the time of your order.

Q: What methods do you use to ship the order?
A: We use UPS for all orders. Since invitation orders are of a timely nature, we can best track orders through UPS. The options will be available when you place an order. For a close estimate, you can figure that a UPS Ground package averages $6.50, 3-Day Select runs $10, 2nd Day Air runs $15 and Next Day Air runs $30. Deliveries to commercial address are less expensive than residential ones. If you live in a remote area, the cost of shipping runs more than the average. Our Midwest location (Oklahoma) helps to keep shipping times down. The northeastern and western states deliver in 4 business days (northern California is 5 days). All other areas deliver in less time as you get closer to Oklahoma. The service on the website called "local delivery" is an option for customers living in the Tulsa area.

Q: How many lines of text fit on an invitation?
A: Unfortunately this is an impossible question to answer. The size of the card, the font style and the design all determine the number of lines that can fit on the card. We work with your text and these variables to fit your text appropriately on the card. We will communicate with you if a larger invitation size or text editing is necessary.
